ABOUT EXCLUSIVE REALTY BRASIL
Exclusive Realty Brasil was founded by Edmond van Wijngaarden in 2006 and has since grown to become south Bahia´s leading high-end real estate broker. Our portfolio of properties is not limited to what is depicted on our website as some sellers prefer to be kept “off-market”. We cover the complete south of Bahia, stretching from Belmonte in the north to Corumbaú in the south, with the main focus on the area around Trancoso.
Due to the sharp increase in both number of transaction and new property listings, Júlia Silva joined Exclusive Realty Brasil early 2020 to start as Listings & Home Owner Relationship Manager.
On the sales side, Exclusive Realty Brasil has partnerships with a small, carefully selected network of brokers around the world, enabling a much larger reach for target clients. On the sourcing side, all of our properties, without exception, are listed and sourced solely by ourselves as we cover every important real estate in the south of Bahia.
