On top of the coastal plateau, 40 meters above sea level, surrounded by the exuberance of the Atlantic Forest, fully preserved in areas of Private Natural Heritage Reserve (RPPN), and within a productive farm of natural rubber, is the Condominium Fazenda Rio da Barra. The privileged view of the sea and the exuberance of the Atlantic Forest, next to a productive farm of natural rubber: this is what makes the condominium such a special place.
Over a huge lawn, the project was carefully designed so as to ensure that all plots have a view and access to the sea breeze inside their future residences. Caring for and preserving the local nature throughout the years has helped to keep the native forest almost untouched. The proximity of the development to the daily activities of extracting latex awakens the feeling of being on a farm by the sea.
The lawn with 43.000m² form a large central square. Around it, the 46 lands located so as to ensure privacy, ventilation and visual range. The urban project, inspired by the layout of the old Jesuit village of Trancoso, was designed by the architectural and urban design office of Michel Fournier, and it was implemented by the architect Luciano Soares. It favors the generosity of the common space, the privacy and a view of the sea, which is posible from almost all terrains.
