Terravista Villas is a gated condominium with a large common pool, and 74 Villas divided in 3 types: the “Terra” model has 136m2 built and 2 or 3 bedrooms; the 240 m2 “Brisa” model has the same layout as the Terra houses but with an extra floor on top, adding 2 more bedrooms; the “Oceano” models have views to the sea and the golf course and 360m2 under roof, with 4 or 5 bedrooms.
