In a cul-de-sac, quiet and peaceful street, 10 minutes from the beach Mucugê, the house offers privacy and exclusivity. Guests are enchanted with the extraordinary sunrise and the view over the sea filled with natural pools from this "V.I.P. box upon the sea." The house has 750 m2 of built area, with more than 100 m2 being varanda. The land measures 4,000 m2 with gardens in the front and in the back of the house. The use of space is perfect, especially in the spacious and comfortable social area. The swimming pool (22m x 4.5m) is located in front of the varanda and besides the lounge with sofas and cushions which offers a calm corner of relaxation and rest. On the ground floor of the house are the living room, the home theater, the varanda, 2 bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and one with 2 single beds), integrated kitchen with dining room and the TV room, equipped with DVD and comfortable sofas and air conditioning. In the dining romm -equipped with A / C- overlooking the pool, garden and the sea, there is a rectangular table for 10 people and another round one for 6 more people. Upstairs, the master suite has a queen size bed and window to the terrace with sea views. The other two single suites also have access to the terrace and the double suite has a private balcony overlooking garden entrance. Bed linnen and bath towels are provided for. The services of the maid, the cook and the housekeeper are offered from 08.00 until 17:00 daily, for up to 12 people. The kitchen and service area are fully equipped. No pets are allowed and smoking in bedrooms and enclosed spaces of the house is also not allowed. The house is located 35 minutes from the 2 main airports in the region (Porto Seguro and Terravista) and 1 hour from Trancoso via the asphalt road.
